Just in case you all have missed the advertisements outside the shoppe and along both the Lane and Diagon Alley, we at Honeydukes will be hosting little candy-making demonstrations every other Saturday, starting this weekend, so please come visit! We obviously won't be showing you some of the more secretive aspects that make our recipes our own, but I promise it will be a fun experience nevertheless, complete with samples!
It might be aimed mainly at children, but I think I know this area well. You're all so... how shall I put it? Young at heart?

I had Wok'N'Roll for lunch the other day, and one of my fortune cookies told me to keep to myself because friendliness would make me enemies. Silly, considering my job is mainly about being friendly. I should have listened, because I had a customer completely snap at me when I said hello.
The other one said that I would meet a short, dark stranger. That story is significantly more embarrassing less interesting, trust me.

I'd always wanted to know what I looked like with short hair.
Now I know. I look rather butch I wonder if I could pass as a boy now. I don't think I will try.

Well, I caved. I needed a place right now and decided, in the end, that I'm so used to living alone that I'm not sure a flatmate would be all that fun. I don't really need a two-bedroom, but I can't help that it's cheaper than some of the one-bedrooms around here. That's about it, really. I should have a flat-warming party.
I wish I could say we're giving discounts for the news about Greyback's sentence, but we're not. But please feel free to drop in!
No, on second thought, we're busy enough with all the bloody Hogwarts students out now.

Well well well. I had no idea that everyone used this things so much... well, I had some idea. It makes me wonder why I never bothered to pick one up before, but I suppose I didn't (still don't?) have much use for it.
However, it appears this journal will finally come in handy! You see, I'm getting kicked from my current flat in Diagon and I need a new place. I'd rather not live on my own. I don't even know if I could afford it, but I'm not very eager to find out. That said, is anyone looking for a flatmate? Or does anyone know of anyone who is? I'll wash your dishes. And I'll bring you candy from Honeydukes.
